To rent a car with Oasis Car Rental, you'll need a valid driver's license (held for at least 12 months), a credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit, and a passport or ID card. International visitors may need an International Driving Permit depending on their country of origin.
Yes, all our rentals include basic insurance coverage (Third Party Liability). For additional peace of mind, we offer comprehensive insurance options including Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection. These can be added during the booking process or at pickup.
Our island hopping service allows you to pick up a vehicle on one Greek island and drop it off on another. You'll need to take the vehicle on the ferry between islands (ferry tickets not included in rental price). We'll provide all necessary documentation and assistance with ferry schedules. This service must be booked in advance to ensure availability.
We operate a 'full-to-full' fuel policy. This means you'll receive the vehicle with a full tank of fuel and should return it with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling service charge plus the cost of the missing fuel will be applied.
Yes, our vehicles can be taken on ferries between Greek islands. You should inform us in advance if you plan to take the car on a ferry. For island hopping with different pickup and drop-off locations, our special Island Hopping Service should be booked.
All our vehicles come with 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of an accident or breakdown, call our emergency number provided with your rental documents. We'll arrange assistance wherever you are in Greece. For accidents, you should also obtain a police report and inform us immediately.
